Former Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant has a home up for sale in Oklahoma City for just $35.
The three-level custom townhouse is 4,000 square feet and is located in downtown OKC.
Public data shows the house was sold for $1.1 million in 2017 and is worth about $1.8 million today.
It's a four-bedroom, 3.5 baths and has a monthly HOA fee of $956.
The starting asking price is $35, the same as Durant's number with the Thunder.

Drafted by the Seattle Supersonics in the 2007 NBA Draft, Durant played in Seattle for one season before the team relocated to Oklahoma City and rebranded as the Thunder.
Durant led the team for multiple seasons while in Oklahoma City, including through a 5-year playoff appearance streak from 2011 to 2015 and an appearance in the 2012 NBA Finals.
Although the Thunder lost that series to the Lebron James-led Miami Heat, Durant stayed with the team until the end of the 2016 season, when Durant joined the roster of the Golden State Warriors as a free agent, the team that had beaten the Thunder in the Western Conference finals that season.
