Zink Lake Rentals has launched a new outdoor adventure just in time for summer. The company is now offering a six-mile float trip down the Arkansas River, giving locals and visitors a fresh way to enjoy the water.

Whether you’re into kayaking or paddleboarding, here are five key things to know before you book.

1. You pick your gear

Participants can choose between a single or double kayak or a paddleboard. All rentals are managed online through the Zink Lake Rentals website.

2. It starts in Sand Springs

The trip kicks off at Case Community Park in Sand Springs. From there, paddlers make their way down the river back to Zink Lake at their own pace.

3. The route is scenic—and relaxing

Expect the float to take about two and a half hours. It’s a self-guided trip designed for all skill levels, with a calm, scenic path down the Arkansas River.

4. The cost is $60 per person

Each trip costs $60 per person, and that includes the equipment and shuttle service to the launch point.

5. It’s a weekend activity

Trips are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays—perfect for weekend outings or after-work adventures.
