The City of Tulsa will pay a woman arrested outside President Donald Trump’s 2020 rally $700,000 as part of a settlement.

Shelia Buck sued the city arguing Tulsa Police violated her civil rights while arresting her for obstruction.

Tulsa County prosecutors took that obstruction charge to court where a jury found Buck not guilty in September 2024.

The Tulsa City Council initially rejected a $1 million settlement with Buck.
