May is recognized as National Foster Care Month, and The Family Initiative is sharing ways to help children in Oklahoma. There are 365,000 children in foster care nationwide. 6,800 of those are in Oklahoma.

- Become a Foster Parent! Open your heart and home to a child in need.
- Donate! Donations can make a significant difference to foster care agencies.
- Volunteer or Provide Respite Care! Dedicate your time and skills to support foster families.
