Check out this video from News On 6 viewer Rebecca Shawn, who captured strong winds and heavy rain hitting at the University of Tulsa Monday evening.

Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer said wind speeds were anywhere between 60 and 70 mph, resulting in downed tree limbs and some power outages.
