FC Tulsa to honor Greenwood Legacy with special night at ONEOK Field

FC Tulsa will host Greenwood Night on Saturday, May 31 at 7:30 p.m. during its match against Birmingham Legion FC at ONEOK Field.

Presented by Bank of Oklahoma, the night honors the legacy and resilience of Tulsa’s historic Greenwood District, also known as Black Wall Street.

Highlights include:

1. A limited-edition jersey designed by local artist Trey Thaxton, featuring the names of 1921 Greenwood businesses
2. National anthem by Majeste Pearson, a Tulsa native and FOX finalist
3. Moment of silence led by Mayor Monroe Nichols
4. Halftime performance by Ladies of Elegance
5. Youth soccer clinic, pre-game block party, and special Greenwood entrance

Mental health resources will also be available as part of the team’s recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month.
