Two people were killed in a motorcycle crash near Gore, Oklahoma on State Highway 100, as authorities continue to investigate the collision.

Two people were killed in a collision involving a motorcycle and a car on Sunday in Sequoyah County, authorities confirmed.

Troopers say the crash occurred at the intersection of State Highway 100 and South 4490 Road, near Gore. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle collided under circumstances that remain under investigation.

The driver of the motorcycle, Chadrick Hornback, and his passenger, Rachel Fox, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the car sustained injuries, though the extent of those injuries has not been released.

The cause of the crash is still being determined. OHP has not released additional details as the investigation continues.
