5 Hillcrest facilities named to Modern Healthcare's 2025 Best Places to Work list

Five Hillcrest HealthCare System facilities have been named to Modern Healthcare’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Healthcare list, a national recognition program that honors organizations prioritizing employee engagement, workplace culture and professional development.

The recognized facilities are Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital, Hillcrest Cushing, Hillcrest Henryetta, Hillcrest Pryor and Hillcrest South. This is the first year Hillcrest South has made the list. Hillcrest Pryor, Henryetta, Cushing and Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital are being recognized for the second, fifth, sixth and seventh time, respectively.

Modern Healthcare’s annual list honors workplaces across the country that excel in fostering high-performing, supportive environments for healthcare professionals. The selection process includes an extensive employee survey administered in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

The final rankings of the Best Places to Work list will be announced at the 2025 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Awards Gala, scheduled for Oct. 8 in Nashville, Tennessee. A special supplement with the full ranked list will be published in the Oct. 13 issue of Modern Healthcare magazine.
