Free bulk item drop-off for OSU students kicks off Friday

Free bulk waste drop-off for OSU students begins in Stillwater. Valid student ID required, accepted items include furniture, mattresses, and electronics.

The City of Stillwater is giving students at Oklahoma State University the chance to drop off any unwanted bulky waste for free.

Starting on Friday, students can drop of their bulk items at the Convenience Convention Center near East 8th Avenue and South Perkins Road.

The city said students must show a valid OSU I.D. when they arrive.

Here's what can be dropped off:

  1. Furniture
  2. Mattresses
  3. Appliances without freon
  4. Computers
  5. Televisions
  6. Stereos

Students have until June 14th to drop those items off.

Greek Life Move-Out

The city has two roll-off containers available for fraternities and sororities to dispose of any furniture and mattresses.

Here's where those are located:

  1. 3rd and Jefferson
  2. 3rd and Garfield

Greek life members can place any unwanted furniture in those containers until May 19th.
