Symon Hajjar, known as Mr. Symon, founded Hot Toast Music Company to celebrate childhood and foster learning through music.

Inspired by his son Isaac, Hajjar began writing songs for kids about everyday experiences, like making toast. His songs incorporate children’s ideas and involvement, making them an interactive part of the creative process.

Mr. Symon’s school programs, like the "918" song written with students from Monte Cassino, highlight the power of music to engage children in learning.

He’s currently working on a new project about native species of animals, combining long-form poetry and songs to teach kids about wildlife and the world around them.
