One dead, one critically injured in Seminole County crash

One person is dead and another is critically injured following a crash involving three vehicles in Seminole County early Thursday morning, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

One person is dead and another is critically injured following a crash involving three vehicles in Seminole County early Thursday morning, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

OHP says the crash happened just after 2 a.m. on the eastbound side of Interstate 40 near mile marker 204.

Earnest Harrell, 42, from Edmond, was pronounced dead at the scene. Hassan Suhaib, 63, from Harris, Texas, was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Jase Wilson, 19, was not injured in the crash.

OHP says the cause of this crash is under investigation.
