Second suspect arrested in connection to fire at Tulsa business

Tulsa fire investigators arrested a second person in connection to a fire at a Tulsa business last August.

Investigators say Asm Ismail owns Peoria Foodland near 61st and Peoria.

They say video shows he let a woman into the business who was later seen pouring oil on the floor the night of the fire.

Investigators say they got several tips that that woman was Kesha Morgan.

They say Morgan denied it at first, but eventually admitted Ismail paid her to set the fires.

Morgan has been charged with second-degree arson.
