According to his Twitter feed, former Oklahoma wide receiver Kameel Jackson will be ending his time at Oklahoma and transferring to Texas A&M University in the fall.
The true freshman receiver appeared in 11 of the Sooners' 13 games, catching 12 passes for 165 yards. He was expected to contribute for OU in 2012 thanks to his combination of size and speed, making him an ideal target in the Sooners' spread attack.
Jackson was a four-star prospect according to ESPN.com and Rivals.com as part of the Sooners' 2012 recruiting class, one of two receivers. Since he hasn't used his redshirt, Jackson will have three years of eligibility at Texas A&M.
This makes Jackson the second Sooner to head to College Station to dawn Maroon, following former five-star running back Brandon Williams.
