Manhunt Underway for Person of Interest in Double Murder Investigation

OSBI searching for person of interest in double homicide investigation

CLAYTON, OK - The OSBI is investigating a a double homicide near Clayton, OK. In a post on their social media page, the bureau says on Thursday evening, the Pushmataha County Sheriff's deputies were called to a check the welfare call along State Highway 43 in Clayton. When they arrived they found the bodies of an elderly male and female with injuries consistent with homicide.

Investigators are now searching for the couple's son, 35-year-old Jeffery Scott Baker, as a person of interest in the case. He's believed to be driving the victims' gray 2013 Dodge Caravan, license plate number MPU 474.

The OSBI says Baker is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Baker's whereabouts is urged to contact OSBI at tips@osbi.ok.gov or 1-800-522-8017
