Oklahoma Rep. Brian Hill (R-District 47) has announced his bid to run for Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma in 2026.
Hill, a Mustang native, has served in the State House of Representatives since 2018.
Hill says he is focused on growing the economy, protecting values and making Oklahoma the best place to live, work and raise a family.
He joins five candidates running for the position, including current Oklahoma Sen. Darrell Weaver (R-Moore) and fellow State Rep. J.J. Humphrey (R-District 19).

In addition to Weaver and Humphrey, other Republicans, including State Auditor Cindy Byrd and local businessman Victor Flores, are also running for the office.
On the Democratic ticket, Candace Jay and Dr. Kelly Forbes are also running.
