Tulsa woman sentenced to 35 years in prison for child sex abuse charges

Falisha Johnson was sentenced to 35 years in prison for five counts of charges related to child sexual abuse, court documents show.

Johnson appeared in Tulsa County court for sentencing on Monday after pleading guilty to the charges last month.

Judge Doug Drummond sentenced Johnson to 35 years in prison and she must register as a sex offender once released.

Tulsa woman pleads guilty to sexually exploiting child, other charges; Sentencing set for August

A 42-year-old woman pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including child sex exploitation charges, in Tulsa court on Tuesday.

Court records show that Falisha Johnson, 42, appeared in court on July 22 and pleaded guilty to the following charges.

Falisha Johnson Charges:

1. Count #1: CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE
2. Count #2: CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
3. Count #3: LEWD MOLESTATION
4. Count #4: LEWD MOLESTATION
5. Count #5: AGGRAVATED POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Her bond was set in May at $450,000, which remains the same, according to OSCN. Johnson is still in custody.

Her sentencing date is currently scheduled for August 25, 2025.
