Tulsa Police have arrested Jose Guillen in connection to a drive-by shooting that injured two people near 11th Street and Utica on Monday around 5:30 p.m.
Police say an officer was near the QuikTrip at the intersection when he was flagged down about a shooting at a nearby bus stop.
Officers found two men at the scene—one with a gunshot wound to the leg and the other with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. Both were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
After speaking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance video, officers determined that a white Lexus sedan pulled up alongside the bus stop and fired multiple shots before driving away. Police say the shooting appeared to be random and unprovoked.
During their investigation, officers tracked Guillen's vehicle to an apartment complex. Officers attempted a traffic stop, but Guillen led them on a short pursuit before eventually pulling over.
Officers found several shell casings inside the vehicle.
Guillen was arrested on two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
