Fugitive caught after escaping Clara Waters according to Sheriff's office

OKLAHOMA CITY -
Jailen Oliver was caught near Northeast 10th and North Bryant Ave. last night after he escaped from Clara Waters Community Corrections Center according to authorities.
Lt. Matt Wagner with the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office confronted the fugitive as he was still wearing his orange prison pants.
Officials said Oliver was serving time for a burglary 2 charge out of Tulsa County.
