Special guest expected at Paseo's First Friday

The official vehicle of Planters' Mr. Peanut is scheduled to make an appearance at the First Friday Gallery Walk in the Paseo Arts District.

Things could be getting a little a nutty at this month's First Friday Gallery Walk in the Paseo Arts District.

The monthly event featuring over 80 artists and more than 25 businesses is meant to showcase the new work of studio owners or guest artists.

On Friday, attendees may be able to lay their eyes on a different kind of art piece - a sculpture on 4 wheels.

The Planters Nutmobile is scheduled to arrive.

Some lucky motorists caught a glimpse of the goober in the Oklahoma City area this week.

According to the Planters website, the official ride of Mr. Peanut since 1935 is scheduled to make an appearance at the First Friday Gallery Walk March 7th.

The website also says the schedule is continuously changing.

You can attend the First Friday Gallery Walk from 6 - 9 p.m.
