Tulsa County juror arrested, accused of showing up intoxicated to murder trial

Tulsa County deputies arrested a juror they say showed up intoxicated to a murder trial.

The court minutes say Alethia Garcia failed to show up for the trial on Tuesday, and when she showed up on Wednesday, she was intoxicated.

She is now charged with contempt of court and public intoxication.
