The Oklahoma German Shepherd Rescue is hosting its 4th Annual Online Auction, its largest fundraiser, running from October 27 through November 3. The foster-based nonprofit, which operates out of Tulsa and Oklahoma City, works to rehome German Shepherds and promote responsible ownership.

OKGSR Board Member Bryan Clements, accompanied by Sniper, stopped by the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch to talk about the auction.
The event offers over 200 items, including two meet-and-greet tickets to the Hanson Christmas Bowl, a two-day trip to Branson, and a week-long stay on Dauphin Island, Alabama. Proceeds support the organization's mission to find forever homes for dogs and assist with other volunteer-driven efforts, such as adoption events and socialization.
Sniper, an 11-month-old male Shepherd-Malinois mix, is a relaxed and social dog available through the Oklahoma German Shepherd Rescue in Tulsa. He enjoys outings, does well with children and other dogs, and is comfortable on car rides. Sniper also walks easily on a leash and has grown more at ease in his crate over time.

Playful and energetic, he especially loves the water and running around outside, making him an ideal fit for an active family with another large dog, though he would also do well as an only pet with regular exercise. Sniper sleeps well at night either loose in a bedroom or in bed with his family.
