The crash happened Feb. 26 and the impact sent the car off the road and into a telephone pole. Prosecutors say Keiosha Rucker had cocaine and marijuana in her system at the time of the crash.

The victims killed were 23-year-old Tamia Ray, 5-year-old Keylani Jones, 4-year-old Makiya Chatmon, and 1-year-old Aiziah Jones. The woman who lost her baby was nearly 25 weeks pregnant.

Police said Rucker pulled out in front of a fire truck as it was heading to a call with lights and sirens. Rucker also did not have a valid license at the time of the crash, according to the investigators. She's charged with five counts of first-degree manslaughter, DUI, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
