Firefighters Put Out House Fire In NW OKC

Firefighters put out a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City Wednesday afternoon.

When firefighters arrived on the scene in the 6200 hundred block of North Vermont Avenue, flames were shooting from the roof of the home. Firefighters first attacked the fire from the rooftop, then finally were able to get inside and put it out.

Everyone inside of the home got out safely. No word on what cause the fire.
