Thunder coach Scott Brooks announced that Oklahoma City will use the same starting lineup that helped them earn a crucial Game-3 victory.
Reggie Jackson will again start for Thabo Sefolosha. Jackson scored 15 points on 6-13 shooting and dished out five assists in Game 3.
Banged-up forward Serge Ibaka returned for a heroic performance in Game 3, scoring 15 points on 6-7 shooting while grabbing seven rebounds and blocking four shots.

The changes to the starting lineup prior to Game 3 helped Oklahoma City take a 106-97 victory and pull back within a 2-1 series deficit.
