Madison Jones

Madison Jones joined News On 6 in August of 2025 after a diverse career in journalism and public relations. 

A proud graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey, Madison started her reporting career in Eugene, Oregon. She then moved to Norfolk, Virginia, where she served as a morning anchor, traffic anchor, and reporter at WAVY-TV. Afterward, she reported in Nashville, Tennessee, covering stories important to Music City. 

After several years in news, Madison took a break to explore a new challenge as a PR manager for a startup airline based in Houston, Texas, where she helped tell the story of a fast-growing company. 

Madison’s favorite title will always be “Mom” to her son. She and her Oklahoma-born husband, Tyler, are excited to raise their family close to loved ones. She's also a proud dog mom to Boomer. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, trying new restaurants and traveling.
