Charges have been filed against the 19-year-old accused of a deadly shooting during a Juneteenth Festival in Tulsa last week.
Court records show that Timetrious Shamar Moore has been charged with second degree murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm with under DOC supervision.
The charges were filed in the Tulsa County District Court on July 1, 2025.

Tulsa Police say they have arrested a suspect in connection to a deadly shooting during the Juneteenth Festival.
Police say they found surveillance footage of the suspect shooting the victim and confirmed the suspect was 19-year-old Timetrious Moore.
Police questioned Moore and said he admitted to firing his weapon into the crowd.
Moore is jailed on a second-degree murder charge.
TPD says the investigation is ongoing, and they are still searching for a second suspect responsible for shooting and injuring several other people at Juneteenth.
