A second person has been charged and arrested in connection with the fatal shooting during the Tulsa Juneteenth festival.
Tulsa Police have confirmed that Darmontre Peters, 21, has been charged with seven counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon. Peters was arrested Wednesday morning by the Tulsa Police Fugitive Warrants Unit.

19-year-old Timetrious Shamar Moore was previously charged with second-degree murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm under DOC supervision.

According to TPD, Homicide Detectives identified Peters as a suspect after reviewing surveillance video. Investigators said Peters was armed with an AR pistol when he was arrested on Wednesday.
