Woman injured, man in custody after argument between Tulsa neighbors ends with shots fired

Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting in a neighborhood near East 21st Street following an argument between two neighbors.
According to police, Ted Avery had a protective order against his neighbor. During the altercation, Avery shot at her and police say she was injured by a ricochet.
The Avery was taken into custody, and the victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
