Road crews continue to treat highways and major routes across Oklahoma City as winter weather persists, helping keep interstates mostly clear for drivers, according to News 9's Deanne Stein.

Stein, reporting live from northbound Interstate 35 near Northeast 10th Street, noted a significant improvement in road conditions compared to the morning’s icy conditions. Snowplows have been actively treating roads with salt and clearing fresh snowfall. While highways are drivable with caution, untreated side streets remain slick and hazardous.
