Jon Echols files to run for Oklahoma Attorney General in 2026

Former state Rep. Jon Echols has filed with the Oklahoma Ethics Commission to run for Oklahoma attorney general in the 2026 election.

Echols served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for 12 years before reaching his term limit.

Echols has not yet released details on his campaign platform
