A Tulsa Judge raises the bond for a man who was arrested again this week, while out on bond in a murder case.
News On 6 reported about Noe Cruz on Tuesday after he was arrested by Tulsa Police, accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend. Cruz was charged with murder in 2023 for a deadly shooting near 21st and Garnett and later bonded out.

Prosecutors asked the judge to hold Cruz without bond after this week's arrest, but the judge raised the bond from $100,000 to $500,000. The judge said he views Cruz as a danger to the community.
The judge said if Cruz does make that bond, he will have a curfew, he will be on house arrest, he has to wear an ankle monitor and he can't have any contact with the victim in his domestic assault case.
Cruz initially had a $1,000,000 bond in the murder case, but Judge Sharon Holmes lowered it to $100,000 seven months later and Cruz bonded out.
Prosecutors say Cruz is a danger and shouldn't have any bond because he already violated the rules and has a criminal history from before the murder charge.
Cruz's attorney asked the judge to keep Cruz's bond where it is. She argued Cruz was a model citizen while out on bond: he showed up to work and followed his curfew and other rules, and the domestic case is just a misdemeanor allegation at this time.
"You've got a guy that has been pretty much running a muck since he's been out on bond on a first degree murder case and of course when you have a situation where he's out there committing new crimes we are going to bring that to the attention of the courts," said Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler.
The judge said the allegations in both of Cruz's cases are disturbing and that's why the judge decided to raise the bond.
News On 6 asked Cruz's attorney for a statement after the decision, but they didn't want to comment.
