Four people were taken into custody Tuesday after a stolen van led Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies on a brief chase that ended in a crash.

The incident began when deputies spotted the stolen van heading eastbound on I-244 and attempted to pull it over. The driver didn't stop, and the van exited the highway onto East Archer St, where it collided with another car traveling northbound on North Harvard Avenue, authorities said.

The pursuit lasted less than five minutes, and all four occupants of the stolen van suffered minor injuries and were taken to a hospital. A person in the other vehicle involved was also hospitalized with minor injuries.

The four individuals in the van are in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
